SMITHTON RACEWAY 2010 Marketing Promotions
RESERVED DRIVE IN PARKING SPOTS
We will offer reserved drive in viewing spots for the 2010 season for Demo Derby Events, 10 derby events are scheduled for 2010
season. Existing customers will be able to maintain their existing spot as long as they renew it by March 1 2010. New customers may
purchase existing open spots immediately.
RESERVED DRIVE IN VIEWING SPOTS . ............................................................$100
SEASON VIP PASS
Buy a VIP season pass good to any event during the 2010 season. Season VIP pass is good for VIP member plus a guest(2 people
total with one pass). 24 events are scheduled for this year not including rally cross events and garden tractor pulls.

2010 Signage and Advertising
BILLBOARDS 4' x 8' signboards surrounding the outside of the track and Company recognition over the PA system. All marketing
partners get a VIP SEASON PASS WITH FREE PARKING included!!!
TOTAL COST .................................$400 for 1 year
$300 for 2 years
TROPHY SPONSOR NIGHTS
This package provides the opportunity for groups, businesses, or individual race team's sponsors to become involved in events
taking place at Smithton Raceway.
The Trophy Sponsor Package for a weekly " Any Regular Event" includes the following:
Group or business “welcome” over the public address system; also includes two “30-second Raceway Commercials” over the PA
system (copy to be provided by business.)
Engraved Trophies for presentation to the feature winners are provided by Smithton Raceway .
Your Company or Business name will be engraved on the trophies presented by you to each of the evening’s feature event
winners.
Representatives (up to 4 per event) are invited to take part in the victory lane presentation on the track following each event.
Banners or company signs are welcome for use in the victory lane photo sessions.
You are invited to set up a promotion for your Company or your Business in a designated area to be used for your displays or
giveaways.
General admission tickets will be offered at a reduced rate. Group rates (25 or more) will reflect a saving of a minimum of 25% off
of our regular admission prices.
Total cost: $200.00 (excludes tickets)
GROUP SALES
Great for community groups, employee outings.
All groups are welcome at Smithton Raceway. Groups participating receive:
Discounted admission for groups of 25 or more. (Tickets must be purchased two weeks in advance.) Welcome of group over PA
system.

“Scout Groups” receive opportunity to participate in National Anthem opening ceremony on the track. Schedule a night to
participate, and Scouts in uniform will be admitted free, accompanying parents will receive discounted admission. Scout Troop or
Pack will be welcomed over PA system.
MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
Receive a special Group or Business “Welcome” and two 30-second Raceway Commercials over the Public Address System (script
to be provided by business.)
Promote or advertise your business while enjoying a great night of exciting racing at Smithton Raceway. You are invited to set up
a promotion for your company, display temporary signage and/or banners utilizing a designated area for displays and/or giveaways.
